For those that were on the ball, there was an error in the CPD quiz in the March/April Assessor!
Question 6 was wrong and will have confused readers – it gave one of the answers as the question.
The question should have read:
A motor trade policy can extend to provide indemnity for contingent liability, which of the following scenario is an example of this type of cover?
The answer options remain the same:
a. An employee using their own car collects parts needed for a repair
b. An employee using a courtesy car over the weekend
c. Providing of a company owned car to a customer
d. Providing a courtesy car subject to a lease agreement to a customer
The correct answer remains the same!
